Erin received her degree in Exercise Science from Grand Valley State University and is a two-time National Champion after her four years on the Varsity women's soccer team. Following her soccer career and education at GVSU, Erin discovered a new passion for Yoga and received her 200-hour RYT Certification through Prairie Yoga Institute.
Today, Erin is inspired to join her many passions and strives to help individuals find true wellness by incorporating all facets of one's heath - physical, mental and emotional. She aspires to approach wellness from a holistic standpoint and continues to learn more and more about the art of mindfulness and it's important role in health.
She has past experience serving as a Wellness Coach and group exercise instructor at the YMCA, and she continues to teach Yoga at various locations in the West Michigan area.
In her spare time, Erin will most likely be outdoors and enjoys camping, hiking, and backpacking. She also loves to spend time with her family, church, and friends.
