Julie graduated from Hope College with a Bachelors in Exercise Science. She is a certified personal trainer and has had the pleasure of coaching a wide variety of clients to feel their best. With over four years of experience in the healthcare field she has worked in everything from one on one training to community health. Julie’s mission is to empower others to live their healthiest and happiest life. She believes with the right amount of encouragement and education every person can reach their full potential.
Julie enjoys all things outdoors- hiking, gardening, camping, kayaking, skiing, and running to list a few. Most of her weekends are spent roaming through the farmers market, cooking and spending time with family and friends.
