Phil has his Bachelor’s in Clinical Exercise Science from Grand Valley State University and an Associate’s in General Art from Lake Michigan College. He has over four years of one-on-one personal training and two years in group fitness instruction. Phil's internship within a corporate wellness program solidified his passion in helping individuals live healthier lives.
Phil keeps an open mind regarding exercise. From handstands to running stairs, he’s willing to try anything – as long as it stays fun! Phil also enjoys working around his house, doing anything with art, and meeting new people.
